How to Healthfully Eat Out & Order In

Given the prevalence of two-career families, busy schedules and the wide variety of choices available for meals away from home, it’s not surprising that dining out is a regular part of life.

The good news is that you can enjoy a healthy meal in virtually any restaurant. We’ll share tips for healthy dining, such as ordering a “half cheese” pizza, choosing baked, grilled or steamed food, starting with a salad (while skipping the potato and pasta salads), asking for a doggie bag when you order and eating appetizers as meal.
