An amazing class for all, including exercise pros, beginners and those who haven’t been to the gym in a long time. We’ll share the pros and cons of yoga, aerobics, pilates, cardio equipment, strength training, free weights, walking, bike riding, taking the stairs and even gardening. We’ll also answer common exercise questions such as:
  • What should I eat before & after my workout?
  • Do lower intensity workouts burn more fat?
  • Do energy bars really work?
  • Should I use a personal trainer?
  • I run 10+ miles a week, isn’t that enough?
  • I don’t want bulky muscles, so why should I start lifting weights?
