Through detailed instruction, our elite yoga practitioners will introduce basic and intermediate level yoga poses, techniques for relaxation and stress reduction and focus on developing awareness of the body, breathe and mind.

Our at-home services give you private access to the same stellar instructors who teach our workplace classes. We help clients who don't have time to regularly go to the gym or yoga studio to keep up with the latest information about health and nutrition.
